Although we have prepared templates which can be used and customized to speed things up, you can still create a completely new page:
- Navigate to Settings -> UnderConstruction -> Appearance
- Click on Create new page from blank+ button
The button will open the Drag&Drop Builder which will allow you to add elements and start creating a page from scratch.
